day 9 and still going strong

So I didn't have a drink all weekend, even though the other half was drunk all weekend, I'm feeling proud and strong! He is now complaining about swollen glands in his throat and groin, wondering if anyone else has suffered withl this after a binge?

Usually swollen glands is your body's way of fighting off an infection or some foreign nasty in your body. I guess it could happen when you binge as your body is trying to recovery and it knows something isnt right. I think the glands you are talking about are lymph nodes which helps your body recover... So I would imagine that drinking might have an effect on it... but Im not a DR so I dont know. Might be best to check with a DR on that if it lasts...

I know after a binge I felt horrible so...

Great job on 9 days... Im one day behind you and it is awesome sauce!
