So many life events surrounded my crash I don't know where to start. I am feeling very 'down' after a few weeks of doing quite well. Thus the the title 'confused'.

I am dealing with depression currently. It's not the same as depression I had when I drank. I just have this loneliness and uncertainty that seems to follow me around.

Keep posting here as it helps me a lot to know there are other people struggling like like I am.

I am also suffering from depression. I recently have quit drinking I'm on day 14. And started taking antidepressants. Last week was great but now I'm on a full dose and I think I'm starting to feel side effects. Or I'm just not well. Not really sure. Just know you are not alone.
