BTW - these are both great things to have Today! You are very fortunate, many here do not have these.....your life will be better than you can ever imagine if you keep reading # 1!!!

I listened to the Hope in Front of Me, it gave me chills, as did the short documentary about his life. Wowsers. Thank you for that.

We can't build a life overnight, so don't beat yourself up that you'll never get there, small steps.
I always think it's weird how as a kid I used to look forward to the future with great excitement and anticipation of what it could be like, and then as an adult that turned to fear of what it may not turn out to be.
We can regain that excitement, with alcohol out of the picture the potential for the life we want to build is endless!!
