got an emernecy apointment
at a walk in centrewas supposed to be on day 1 but caved and I realise I am going to die from this sooner rather than later
phoned today and got an appointment at 3 with a GP
THREE bottles of wine in but at least be honest

I hope you have some help getting there Mike.
Can you make a cuppa tea or coffee or something instead of drinking any more?
As scary as this is, I really think some professional help might be just what you need?

going in an hour
terrified and feel stupid
at least am seeing a doctor but a chronic relapse alcoholic probably not going to b good especially when decent folk need help too
my parents are taking me m husband is leaving me and I HAVE LIVER CIRROHIS ......yet still I do 5 6 7 8 days and cave
what a waste of space ................if I don't stop I will be on the streets and Christ help me xxxxxxxxxxxx

Alcoholism is cunning; it sneaks up behind us and bites in the butt. My bet is you still have a chance to turn this around, Mike, but NOW is the time. I have heard stories of some pretty amazing liver regeneration but it has meant not a single drop of alcohol, ever.

I know I can't magically take away the fear and panic you have right now but fast forward this tape. After you get the help you need and deserve, you will be able to look back and realize that this day was nothing to fear. This day will be the beginning of taking away the fear and panic.

doctor was great and I went !!!!!!
got some Librium to tide me over till Tuesday when I go see my GP
