Back again

I guess it's been 3 years since I was here last. Well no shock I obviously got worse. Too ashamed to even say some things I ended up doing.

Hope I can change.

welcome back isittime :)

Have you got any plans or ideas on how you can make this time different?

Maybe thinking about all the stupid choices I have made as a result of drinking will help me to stop

Hey,

I joined here four years ago and then left and drank for four more years and only checking in here a few times a year. I was much more sick everyday than four years ago so that gave me the ammo I needed. I rode the elevator nearly to the bottom. Are you sick enough of being sick and tired? It took me a long time to reach that point but it does come. Hopefully we find that point before we do irreparable damage. You can stop now!

I joined here years ago too, and am back again after 9 months of sobriety I relapsed. Welcome home :)

Started here in 2010 myself- took a couple of tries, but here I am, sober and happy. You can be, too. Just commit, make a plan and don't drink. Really.
