Wife of an alcoholic

My husband of 11 years is an alcoholic and is currently in a detox facility for the second time in less than 5 months. Lost his job, he is the sole provider for our family. He is being released in the morning and I am freaked out! In the last 20 days he has been in the ER twice due to alcohol related issues. We have three beautiful kids, one is in college and not in the house, the other two are young, 6 & 4. He doesn't think that he needs inpatient treatment, all friends and family disagree, he thinks that he can do this with a sponsor and outpatient treatment. I am so scared that he hasn't hit his bottom yet, and I have no idea what to do! Feel like I am all over the place, looking for any advice, support, encouraging words. Thanks

Welcome to SR.
I'm so sorry you are going through this.
I hope that your husband will snap out of it and seek treatment.
You will be in my prayers.
