Yesterday I wanted to drink. The urge was pretty strong and popped up off & on throughout the day. (I didn't though.) I just kept reminding myself that even though I think life sucks right now alcohol will just make it worse. At the very least it definitely won't help anything.
Life doesn't really suck, I've just been a little down. From my 64+ days of sobriety last year, I know I'll feel better soon. Just need to hold on and keep pushing through.
22 days today and still counting.

Like you, I got about 60 days last year and I had a pretty good go at staying abstinent earlier this year but unfortunately I relapsed. In order to get stronger in sobreity this time, I've had to increase the number of things I do to recover. It's working out OK so far. Sounds like you're absolutely doing the right things so far. Is there more you could do, to ensure your safety?
