One Year
Hi Y'all,
Today is one year sober for me. I haven't been very active on this forum this last 8 or 9 months but this place was very helpful in the difficult fist few months. I just wanted to come back and say thanks and to let everyone know that sobriety is a beautiful possibility. It just takes a little time and a little effort. Since you're not spending much time on SR - could you share how you're staying rooted in your choice of sobriety?
Are you using some other sort of program or support?
Did the desire just totally go away and you're flying without support?
Always interesting to know a bit more about how people make it to these milestones, what tools are working, what approaches others use...
