Hi,thanks for excepting me here.I really have alot to talk about and need help on my road to recovery.I have had a pretty rough last 3 months and have fallen off tracck big time.

I know how you feel - I once had 3 yrs. sober & decided I would try (once again) to be a social drinker. I knew in my heart it would be a disaster, and it was. That's when I found SR and got all the encouragement and support I needed to stop. You can do it.
