I still have a headache and its been over 24 hours since my last drink.. i almost forgot how long these hangover symptoms can last.... i went two months without drinking until the other day........... this hangover is still going but i deserve the feeling.... an i will remember this the next time i decide t o drink

Stress at work so i drank.... wrong decision an now im paying for it.

There is always another day why not try to stay sober even longer next time ? Strive for optimism I have been falling off the wagon too can't seem to get myself back on chasing that feeling that never comes
