Hi Bernie, welcome. Yes feeling terrible whether or just or not is something many of us have to endure in early sobriety.
You will start to feel better, it may take time depending on how long you have been a slave to alcohol. But it does get better. Do not lose hope - it will.

Hi bernie, stay strong. Those horrid feelings will disappear just ride them out. You will soon be well on the road to recovery. I will be honest, I hated the first 3 months but I'm now 7 months and my life has improved ten fold and I never want to poison my soul again with alcohol. Good luck.
