Day 14

Today is my two week sober date! I haven't really hit any hiccups yet. Of course the cravings have been there, but I have gotten better about not letting my AV take control.

I've also been avoiding alcohol pretty much all the time. I quit eating out so I don't see alcohol on a daily basis. I think that has helped a ton.

I've been exercising a lot and that also helps!
