Hi. No one says it will always be easy, if it were there would be no need for this site or AA etc. I feel a lot depends on how positive out emotions are and not wanting to go back into our miserable past. It’s work and does get a bit easier each day if we don’t succumb to past bad habits.

Hang in there. Man, the anxiety and sadness i had when i quit were unreal. Never would have thought that. Watch some movies get some rest. You deserve it.

Thanks all!! Still feeling blue like I'm coming down with a cold!! But much worse...If this is PAWS I can't quite understand why people relapse as that is the last thing on my mind. Chilled this afternoon films, tea & cafe.. Pop a few vits & an early night.. Tomorrow is another day. Hope you are all well..
