Dude.... You've just described me. It's crazy. I don't have advice, but, I am struggling with it all too. Day one again for me, every day is day one.. I've fallen off the bus more times than I care to admit. I've spent days hung and crying in a nervous ball. I know I'm destroying myself too.

Great post, makes us still in early days ponder on years we have wasted on hangovers and drinking. I am a work in progress so no advice except that speaking the truth to my physician and starting to read and post here are what got me serious. Best to you!
