Hey guys, just a quick shout out to everybody who might be struggling this weekend to lay off the booze. I know it's a time of temptation for most of us, including myself.

Just a reminder that tonight you won't be wasting all those hours you slaved at work to throw up in a city centre, you won't be waking up saturday in pain and panic and you're staying healthy.

This is what I'm saying to myself to keep it sober tonight, and tomorrow. I'm treating myself to a big bowl of ice cream and cake tonight instead as a treat, I urge you to do whatever you need to keep strong these next few days. Be kind to yourself.
