Cigarette smoking e cigs o nicotine liquid

I am curious, I am on my second week of quitting smoking and still having trouble after meals. I've noticed that many of the e cigarette companies offer 0 mg liquid for e cigs? After meals, I just feel like I need something, ** percent of my day is good except after meals not having something drives me ridiculously crazy. .

Would do something like this lead back to smoking? I suppose it might, any input or thoughts would be welcome? After meals are the aboslutele epitome of hell! LOL, but i guess between quitting smoking, drinking, and gambling I thought it would be the end of the world, but I am slowly working the motions and do feel like I am getting better.

Good day folks

I'm not a fan of ecigs. When I quit, not only did I want to be free of the dependency on the substance, I also wanted to be free of the behaviors and rituals. I'm a non-smoker now, so I don't pretend like I'm smoking.

Just my thoughts. I know many others who sing the praises of the ecig.

Hi TDG, I have been vaping for about 4-5 years and want to say be careful with this. The 0 nic liquid has no throat hit (feeling the smoke in throat/lungs). It will provide flavor/visual "smoke" but you wont feel anything. Its like breathing flavored air. The 12 nic is what I do and I can feel it but im also now addicted to it. The "be careful" part is that you can do it anywhere (sneak into bathroom at work) and that it's very easy to go from 0 nic to 6 or 12mg of nic because 0 sucks. Good luck TDG, you are making some amazing power moves!

Ditto here--I've been mostly smoke-free since I starting vaping 80 days ago. I'm very addicted to these now and went down twice in % but now back up to 4ml of 20% juice daily. Not what I had planned but I don't have resp. problems like with smokes.

I used to smoke like a chimney and would easily chew through a pack while drinking. Last year I found I had cancer and had no choice but to quit. I too struggled with the after dinner thing but it won't kill you and eventually it gets easier. E cigs for someone like me would be terrible, I would be chuffing my way through a pack in no time the association would be too strong. Give it more time, you probably don't feel much better yet but your health will really improve, you will be richer and smell so much nicer
