No Desire ..

Well another aunt passed away this am. Surprisingly I have no desire, no urge to drink though. Normally I would be running for the bottle. I'm also strangely at ease; I feel down but not as down as I have been. Well just a quick check in ..

I'm so sorry for the loss of your aunt, but am very proud of you for realizing a drink won't help any. That's a huge step!

Sorry for your loss, August. It's very hard to deal with the loss of family even sober. But I'm glad you're holding to your sobriety. That will save you in the long run.
