Hi, I've been seriously sober since September 6th. Not very long at all, but Its better than how I was. Any suggestions from anyone? My major poison was prescription pills.

My doc was alcohol, but I'm sure someone with a pill addiction will help. Congratulations on your days of sobriety - you'll feel so much better as time goes on.

Thank you Hevyn, I've done this once before and I stayed sober for 5 years. And then I started back and have been using for the last 5 years. So I pray to God its over this time.

You can find lots of support here. If you were sober for five years, you know for sure that you can do it.

Hi Metal and Welcome.
I am back here after 10 years of sobriety. Stringing the days back together again. One day at a time. Sobriety is the most important thing and come here when you need to chat or post! Meetings are a big help too!
