Hello newcomers (I'm new here myself)

Just want to say hi your not alone and if your trying to get sober i salute you

I think through friendship and understanding we will learn more and more about our alcoholism/addictions/problems etc

i remember being scared afraid terrified even sometimes (I didn't have internet in early sobriety and i was agrophobic) and if your ever feeling like that I just want to say it again your not alone

to each and evey newcomer I want to shake your hand and say hi I'm soberwolf I am alcoholic if I can help ask because it helps me too

The SR team have really helped me out since I landed here

To every single newcomer sober or not welcome and keep on trying

Well said! Today is day 6 for me. I've been on sr for about 10 months I think but it's always nice to "see" familiar faces.

SR is like a safe, warm blanket for me. I know I will not be judged here. I know when I need help, all I have to do is ask and someone out there will be there. I know I am not alone on this journey and that when I stumble, others will stop and help pick me up. I know when I am doing well that others will cheer me on and give me encouragement and strength.
To any "lurkers" who may be suffering in silence and reading, don't be afraid.
