A bright sunny morning in London. Off to work taking the long route through Hampstead heath.

Into the 2nd week for me. Monday mornings didn't used this good.

Beautiful day down here in Dorset too (sorry, Pete!)

Went for a jog at 7.30 and now about to do some gardening. The autumn colours are fabulous

Wishing you a great day! Breaking out from the cage and the chains of Alcohol really makes us appreciate life, the simple things we took for granted for so long. After years of active Alcoholism I came to believe that mornings were intended to feel like crap. Yikes!!

Oh, the first few mondays after I stopped drinking...I was like...what?? what?? I don't HAVE to feel/look/sound like absolute hell on Monday morning? Its wonderful isn't it?
