Thankyou SR for yesterday... it really helped ...I got through the day and night and woke up hangover free..... today I will face many many triggers but I sooo want to get through them and wake up happy with myself tomorrow morning...... so Im reaching out again to you all again....

I'm wondering if you just noticed my tag line. I, oddly just looked at it myself when I posted the above to Julie and thought..Oh my...Joan is gone now! She wasn't when I added it to my signature.

...she would love to know she (Joan) was part of someones signature Nuudawn :)

Well it 9.30 pm...I'm in bed ...sober...listening to the rain and saying hi to you all...AND I am genuinely and naturally tired....not just brought on by boooze.....what a great feeling ...so no hangover tomorrow morning
