Been a long time since
Been a long time since I laughed so much! Had an amazing time yesterday, family friends came over to the house and we done the ice bucket challenge ( im yet to do it lol ) had pizza and nibbles and then played word association games etc and I laughed and laughed and laughed! I nearly cried with laughter we had such a blast and I done it SOBER no alcohol nothing!

The last time I laughed and smiled like that sober was when I was about 21! It was much needed!

That's awesome! I went to a dance club with girlfriends a couple of weeks ago and had a blast! I danced and giggled a lot. It is empowering to see we can have a great time without the booze!

It was beautiful it really was, innocent fun! I really HAD forgotten how that felt!

Just for a few hours that horrid pain went, and it was great, WITHOUGHT the bottle
