how are YOU rocking your sober Friday?
Worked, taught a new class;
Made dinner (which unfortunately was as super as I wanted to be);
Played a board game with my daughter*;
Walked the dogs: and
Am in bed by 10 PM.*
*best parts of the day!
Thanks for asking - I like the notion of rocking it!

Work, hired a vet , 3 mile walk, homemade London broil with chimichuri sauce, baked paleo onion rings with almond meal, and beefsteak tomatoes from the garden, sweet potatoe cocoa pudding. Now a sauna and a salt bath, and hosting 10 seventeen year olds. Heaven help me...
Had a cup of tea, which is so unlike me. Watched the movie Gravity.
Getting sleepy and looking forward to no 4am wake up to chug water and take 2 Advil and wonder what I said to my husband, and checking my phone to make sure I didn't drunk dial, text or Facebook anyone.

Spent my Friday with my daughter. Tool her to a martial arts camp this weekend.
We did some light training, heard stories from several masters and spent the evening doing breathing and energy work. I was really proud of her at only seven for sitting so long and training so late.
It's good to be around a whole large group of healthy, sober, good-hearted people engaging in a weekend of sober, healthy activity aimed at nurturing a long, happy, healthy life.

I made fresh coconut milk because I'm going to try and give up dairy, but I really need something a little sweet in my coffee.
Making coconut milk is not fun and potentially lethal (they really bounce when you throw them against a tile floor), and I don't think I'll be doing it again! It took me over an hour to make -- the hardest part was peeling the coconut and getting it off the shell -- and now I'm too tired to make dinner.
I'm about to go to bed and close out day 25 sober. Night all!

My ex just picked up my 2 older kids. The youngest was hysterical in tears saying to my ex 'you are a bad dad because I am attached to ****** and **** and I love them and I need them and they are a part of me'. She's 4 ??? Hubby will be home soon, would be great if little one had an early night and I could watch a movie with the hubby but that is not likely to happen as she is the energizer bunny...
