So today makes 9 days sober. Didn't sleep well at all last night...But NO nightmares/drinking dreams so that's a plus

Today already feels like a temptation day...I have a tonne of work to do, but the Boss is away today...Which leaves me in control of my day.

Which HAS screwed me up in the past couple of weeks. Here's my plan of action.

NOW = Post on SR to express the thought. (Feels good already!)

NOON = Go to Noon AA meeting

2:00 PM = Scheduled Work meeting. (Need to prepare notes/ideas.)

5:00 PM = Call GF, figure out plans for weekend. And get HOME!

Thoughts are just thoughts...They aren't facts.

Looks like a good plan for your day. I am a plan fan. Feels more like playing offense than defense. Proactive vs reactive. Nice work.

I think having a plan is always a good idea.

And, yes, it's good remember that the thoughts and feelings don't control you.
