well... I made it through my first weekend sober. YAY! the support on this site is phenomenal.
this is going to be a big week for me. I know it may sound lame to some... but im committed to learning how to get around the city myself via bus... and for someone who has wicked social anxiety and just a general fear of people... its a big step for me. I confine myself to my home a lot when my partner is working.
im nervous as all hell... but trying to have faith in the outcome.

Congrats JB!!!!! Join us again next weekend. We start Thursday noon EST.
I am up earlier than expected but feel rested. Ready for the week I suppose. Focus is on the diet again this week until I get to my goal. I feel focused.

I am babysitting my very fussy infant grandson. He doesn't even like my walking around with him; however, he finally calmed down when I strapped the Baby Bjorn onto my chest and started dancing to the tunes on here--he likes the simple swaying side-to-side.
