2nd, I hear you. I hope that SR does for you what it has (however briefly ago I found it- 25 days today!) for me. It's great support, and is one, of many, tools I use to keep myself accountable and on track. Use the chat rooms too. Helps.

I'm on the chat mostly later in the evenings, but so far I have met some truly awesome people in there!

Just saw this thread for the first time and I hope you are doing okay! I wanted to say thank you for posting your story. I will have a year this month, and I needed the reminder of how vigilant I always need to stay. It is so easy for complacency to set in, especially as the memories of the bad days fade over time.
