100 days is great. Some people haven't seen 100 days in 30 years. Don't give up and fall into the same old pattern. Do you plan on not drinking again?

Oh my, I so know how that feels. It sucks. Dust yourself off and get back on the path, pupkin. You did 100 days. . . you can do it again!

I don't know what happened other than that I relaxed. Again. I keep thinking this thing is gone but it's not. I just can't seem to get past the idea that this is forever.

Don;t lose sight of the fact you had 100 days. You're on the launching pad...you just need to work out what else you need to do to achieve a permanent life off

I understand. Just know you are not alone. I think all of us have had that thought from time to time. Stick close to SR. Post when you think about drinking and let us get you through the craving/compulsion.

It's ok you gave your body 100 days to heal its self. One day of drinking doesn't ruin that. Start over tomorrow. No worries that's just life testing you

This is just another chapter in your journey.
This may just be the experience you need for a new awakening.
100 days is an amazing thing and I'm sure you know what tools to be used to accomplish that once again along with much more.

I struggled with accepting that "idea". It screwed me up more times than I care to mention. But honestly, with each passing day I'm starting to feel more and more comfortable with never drinking again. And Rational Recovery's AVRT really helped me early in my sobriety to really grasp "forever".

I understand you're disappointed in yourself, but you made it 100 days. So you know what to do. Don't let this be a full-on relapse. Start over tomorrow, and if you can, try to figure out what you may want to do differently this time around.

1 red in 100 greens on the calendar … thats a lot of green .

Pick yourself up , sus out why you fell off the sober bike , hungry , angry , lonely , tired , depressed , isolated , not making sober life fun ?

There is lots to do and learn yet , keep on ,

Bestwishes, m

like a hard core treatment counselor told me one time

you (had) 100 days

I must admit she kind of hurt my feelings

but

she was right

best thing that we can do is start over with our sobriety ASAP

this is if we are alcoholic ??

because for the alcoholic that continues to drink

there never seems to be a happy ending

So are you willing to admit that your way isn't the best way to get things done?
