Cravings?
Almost been 72 hours since my last drink and it's starting to officially get difficult. I have always been able to go at least a day without a drink but usually not 2 or 3 without some discomfort or difficulty. Have had a hard time sleeping past couple nights, waking up with terrible night sweats (doubt its from any true withdrawal but probably just awful anxiety.) Now I'm having the worst cravings ever. There are always two specific drinks that I can't stop thinking about. It's funny because a lot of people I have talked to said they don't like the taste of alcohol, just how it affected them. I am completely opposite. I loved the taste of alcohol.... starting to really miss it. What are some of the foods, drinks, etc. that you all have when you are having a physical urge to drink or taste alcohol?

Thank you for the link! Very helpful. I agree there are many other ways to deal with cravings besides indulging in food and drink... but I need to start with baby steps. Just had a fruit snack and I feel even a bit better. I feel like a baby being weaned off my bottle... which technically... I am a "baby" being weaned off the "bottle"
