I thought this was a great article. It is about Depression, but substitute the word Alcoholic and it reads pretty much the same. It is a disease that wants to kill you and this writer describes it so well. "If depression is more insidious -- and more misunderstood -- than other disorders, it is because its core symptoms are mental and emotional.
