Right click on the image you want to post and go to Properties (if using Internet Explorer) or View Image Info if you are using Firefox. Copy the code and then come here and click on the button above that looks like this:

Then, paste the code you copied in the box that pops up and it will place the picture in your post.

Thanks Suki, what if it is an image on our computers? How do you post one of your own?

click on the attachments - paperclip, it will show a pop up box
browse - find image you want from a file, your computer, picture, downloads, etc.

open the file, the cluck upload - that should do it. if your images are too big - >90mb - I forget, you'll have to resize them, resize the file to 'website' if using windows.

Thanks, LBrain. I did not know that. I always respond using the "Quick Reply" and the paperclip isn't there. I've been uploading my computer pics to photobucket or tinypic and then posting them here.

I forgot to say that when the box pops up for you to paste the URL, paste over the "http://" that is already there. Otherwise, the picture won't post.

cusper, make a copy of your picture, then edit it to resize it, choose web photo or similar, it should condense the pic so you can upload it.

make a jpeg <97.7 kB, that will work

Thanks, LBrain, I didn't know about the clip either.

I have learned about six things today! You're never too old or too smart, that's for sure. Or too rich.
