Posting pics is relatively easy. Go to tinypic.com. They will give you the option of uploading pictures you already have or taking one. Size it for message board or forum and then copy the link it gives and paste it in your message or wherever you want it to go. It may not appear as the picture but only the link when you paste it but it will show when you post the message.
