HOLY MOLY 1 Month!!!
Finally have a month under my belt!! Unbelievable. I will be honest and say I haven't found it difficult, probably 3-4 craving moments which passed after a few minutes, only other problems are I do wake up with a headache in the morning which hopefully will pass.
Want to say & BIG BIG thank you to all of you on SR. You're amazing & to all the newbies, it gets so much better, hang in there. If I can do a month, anybody can.. lots of love Jeremy

Hi FG... eeeeeeerrrrrr I've lost count of the attempts I have made!! It's only since being on SR that has changed my mindset on drinking & I mustn't forget my daughter who really brought it home, that was the real start!!. This site & the people have been a lifesaver..

I admitted i was alcoholic it took me 3 months from there to get at this point today (I am now 13 months)

When I reached a month (a massive milestone in my eyes) I knew I was onto something

Jezzza I'm so happy that you found this time easier through SR that's massive and incredible

It is always possible
