Such a pain....I already walk the dogs 1.5 hours every morning. Just don't feel like going on an elliptical after that. I love sweets! Gotta try some controlled sweet eating. Oh wow...hope that isn't like trying some controlled drinking. That sure didn't work. Maybe I'm a sugar addict and abstaining is the only answer. Oh no!

I don't want the video but all these mentions of ice cream made ICE ICE BABY! pop into my head. I've put on weight. Metabolism change, eating my calories instead of drinking them, eating sweets to curb cravings. I never had a gut before. I went on a walk after dinner with my brother and sister in law after dinner. It was nice and I'm going to do it more often.
I went to a meeting at seven. Last week the woman who had the key, and was supposed to chair, didn't show up. There were about twenty unhappy alcoholics waiting outside for a meeting that never happened. Locked out of the church basement. This week she was there. So it was respite for an hour from thinking about all the stuff I needed to get done to prep for school start tomorrow.
And with that, I have a few things remaining. Ice, ice, ice cream, baby!!! It has been a pleasure spending my days off with you all. Thursday rolls around in three more days. Who is going to be there this coming weekend? ME!

This was the biggest thread we ever had. I think at times it's tough for new folks to follow or feel as though they can join in at any time.

Great sober holiday weekend here as well!
Deep sea fishing with my son, grilled fish we caught, little college football; go Vols!; and rounded the weekend out with an evening at the beach yesterday watching the kids have fun.
My av was pushung, but I never gave in!!
Glad to hear other weekenders having a great time as well.
Good way to start this week off right!
