That's kind of like a medical question--only your doctor knows for sure. What is normal for one person might be fatal for another.

Be sure to stay hydrated or get to the emergency room for an IV.

For me the sweating was not too bad, it was pretty much just when I woke up through the night my shirt would be damp but nothing too bad, how bad are the sweats?

Thanks for your response. I'm drinking a lot of water.

Plenty of water... Don't forget that the sweating is the body getting toxins out of the system, not a bad thing but as Coldfusion said, contact medical help if you're concerned..

In my personal recent experience it took two days after I quit binge drinking for them to completely go away. Keep drinking water and take showers to make yourself feel better. The sweating gradually goes away. Just think, your body is removing toxins and you are cleaning yourself out. It's annoying but a good thing.

I had the night sweats for at least a week or more, they do end though.

I had night sweats for 3 nights, then my neck broke out, not horribly but I never had a breakout on my neck before. Read somewhere it is connected to the liver detoxing itself.

But, yes, different for everyone.

I don't have them at night, but the simplest of tasks makes me sweat a lot.
