Strugging
Welcome to Sober Recovery.
I made a vow to quit drinking in August of 2010. Two weeks later I relapsed.
How did I feel? Like I had a problem more serious than I realized and I tackled it accordingly. Been sober ever since.
Don't let this keep you down. Get up and continue to your goal of sobriety.

Pain in an awesome teacher.
Think how you feel right now, and use that as motivation not to feel that way again.
Quitting drinking is like learning to ride a bike for some - you need to fall down a few times to learn what not to do and get the hang of it.
And word of advice - if you feel like relapsing again, come here. Always someone around to talk you down and make you feel better about your sober choice.

You have come here and posted and that's a positive step. Try to figure out why you relapsed and then come up with a plan so that it doesn't have to happen again. And, be kind to yourself.

Great job posting, keep checking in, post some , ask . SR is a really great resource.
Quitting is the biggest mind game there is. It got alot more managable for me when I realized that.
When I decided to quit for good, I had to use new rules. I had to get rid of rules that said relapsing was inevitable. I noticed you said 'already' , it sounds like the rule book you use has that as a viable option. Mine used to have that rule in it too, had to get rid of that one.
wish you well and hope to see you around
