5 months last Saturday

Hola: I didn't post it before because I really didn't have anything to say but now after reading some I feel like I need to post it. I will not sabotage myself and undermine my accomplishments. I am strong and I am going to make it.

Feel great because I have embraced it and the burden of wrestling my AV is totally lifted. So liberating.

On to month 6!!!
