Hello and welcome I've been on here a week and have really found it helpfull. It really made me realize that I'm not alone in this! I check in every morning on the 24 hr thread to give myself the goal of another day.

Hi Alynn, I find it helpful too. I check in once or twice a week, and feel like it is a big support system.

How are you with urges to drink? I feel like once a week or twice a week I really think about it, but it's not daily like I thought it was going to be.

I feel like I miss "cleaning the slate for a day" and not having any of life's worries , but the fact that I am so much more productive, and my relationship with my fiancée is better has trumped it.
