No more Excusses
I realize today that if I take away all the excuses then I can stay sober. As an Addict we have all type of excuses I used cause I was mad, sad, celebrate, forget, excite, cause, cause, cause so if I take cause away I will stay clean. At the end of the day I did It cause I wanted to I need to own that and never forget that! I have to honest to myself and not give up!

You're wise to quit now because of the excuses.
At the end of my drinking, I didn't need an excuse. It was sunny, it was cloudy, I was bored ad infintum.
Wasn't long before I was drinking every day. No excuses, I was just a drunk and that's what drunks do.
