I stumbled onto this site a year ago yesterday. That was also when I took my last drink. It took 3 months of daily reading each and every post it seems, every day. But I got and stayed sober day after day. I started posting and attending online meetings. I continue to read as many post as I can because it helps me stay sober. I take a bit from everyones stories, experiences, strengths and hopes. This is the longest I have ever been sober and I look forward to my life again. Thanks to all my friends at SR

Steph,

your words and actions are so encouraging. I too had my last drink after finding this site, some 16 odd days ago. It is so uplifting to know I am not alone in this and that miracles really do happen.
