Every Day that I do not drink alcohol I give my liver a chance to heal, every day I stay away from the bottle I take a step towards freedom and health!

I have to learn to take it day by day, drinking is now NOT an option after last night even if I want to numb my pain it is simply NOT an option for this young man!

Soooo with that being said today I give myself the chance of life by not picking up a drink!

Beautifully said, Chilled! Thank you; this is good to remember everyday regardless of anything else that happens to be on our plate.

I hope you feel a bit better now - health scares are the worst but as you have experienced, sometimes they are the best eye openers. I relate, because I also had abdominal pains and abnormal test results at the end of my drinking.

Hang in there, it all gets better, just keep up the good work!
