hi
hi
Saying hello to folks on this forum. Please call me PI for short. I have had drinking issues most of my life but especially in the last ten years, most days drinking wine and cider, or whatever I could steal from loved ones. I've been sober since Tuesday 12th (drunk Monday night). The pain in my lower back is aching and my liver feels like it's swelling: the worst feeling ever. It's time to quit this fear/anxiety/drink-lots cycle and I hope I can support you with this goal as much as you can perhaps support me. Hi everybody!

Hi and welcome. This is the time for personal action on your part if you haven’t yet. That being a visit to and being honest with your doctor or health provider. The reason being is that your body perhaps has some repair issues to address, the sooner the better.

Welcome PI!
My experience was that I in no way and I tried them all could I ever quit on my own! There are a lot of programs of recovery out there! Get plugged in and save your life!
Pulling for you!
