My sober Life

I Graduated last night from intensive outpatient!!! I started the end of May and had many relapses. But two weeks ago I was put on a medication called Campral which took away my terrible cravings and has helped me to finally work a program! I am so grateful and I look forward to a sober future, one day at a time.

Hi and welcome. You probably learned most of the staying sober basics and at this point I needed to get to work on my sobriety. I needed to constantly believe that the first drink will get me drunk as has been proven for years so meetings and the fellowship helped keep me away from it. Today life is very good because I now feel comfortable in my own skin most of the time. I can’t ask for much more!
