back my friends :/

well I'm back. almost felt stupid to post again after a 4 day's bender. Currently on Day 3. I'm supposed to go to a concert with one of the few friends who knows I don't drink Thurs. Worried I won't feel well enough for that. (she bought them for my bday) Drinking lots of water and taking vitamins. Gonna go for a walk when the sun goes down. Why do I do this to myself? ugh. I need to remain more active here..especially in my non happy times. I was doing pretty well.. but lots of job interviews and no job (Ones I felt I did really well on) got me down. Thanks for having me back. Going to join the August Class. and going to start reading RR for the second time. It gives me hope.

Welcome back!

You're doing great on Day 3. And, more importantly, you can learn how to deal with hard issues like the job search in a healthy way.

Glad you're back at it. What can you do differently this time to prevent relapse?

Welcome back

No need to dwell on the past.

Lets look toward a brighter future. Are you going to try anything different this time to help you maintain your sobriety?

I really believe you can do this S - you just have to work out what else you need to do to achieve 'escape velocity'?

I'm a faceplant veteran myself. Keep at it. Add things, delete things, find your path.

You can do this.

Add me to the list of those happy to see you back! Always enjoyed your posts, particularly how very honest you are about all things, including yourself. Very helpful to read and remind myself to be equally as honest about my own progress and lack thereof sometimes.

You can totally do this and looking forward to seeing more of you around these parts again!

Hey Cute.... I am completely with, you on the job search thing. I'm trying to get back in the workforce after losing my job last December. It's tough to get an interview, get psyched about the possibilities and then no job

I'm trying to look at getting an interview as a success, and as practice to make me better prepared to impress at the next one....it's not always easy to think this way, but give it some thought....

All the best to you!

I feel like I don't know you all the well CuteNGayYay although I have certainly seen you around even back when I was sober last year : ) I understand your frustration with yourself. I'm sure we all do. I gotta tell ya...everytime I see your "name"..it makes me smile..I think it's something bout the "yay" at the end...it' like I hear it in my head everytime I read it..it's sing-song or melodic..oh I dunno..but it brings a smile.

Stick around Yay : )
