Wow soberjuly that's a powerful sentence I used to think I need to quit before my kids realize things. Every time I drank or said something wrong I would think that to myself . But my son being 17 months old I think he already knows . There smarter then we think

My health and all the benefits I have come to learn about being Sober, sometimes the positives of being Sober rather than the negatives of drinking can be a better focus for me at times!!
