Day 11!
 

For anyone not sure wether to try giving up or wondering if it gets better I can assure you it does. On day 11 now and another sober Sunday morning. I had really strong cravings last night just because it was Saturday I think. Don't know if everyone will have heard of this but for my UK friends I have been drinking bovril with loads of pepper which seems to curb the cravings. I nearly gave in and had one beer last night but then thought how horrible I'd feel this morning.

Well done! Day 11 is great and it's great to wake up clear headed on Sunday hey?!

Adenough, great job on day 11. It is nice waking up not hung over! Good job on not caving. It does get easier, although you can never let your guard down.

We'll done on 11 days! I am obsessed with bovril or oxo!! Oh and I love a stock cube and chilli....my family look at me horrified ha!
