Great job on 5 months. That is fantastic.
This doesn't have to be a full blown hell on wheels relapse. You can get back on track .
If your marriage isn't working out right now, perhaps counselling or something is a good idea to consider in the morning. Either way, no matter what your wide did, she didn't force you to drink. You picked it up.....Im not saying that perhaps there are not stressors in your marriage, just that blaming drunkenness purely on your wife isn't fair or accurate Like I said, something to consider in the morning. Id put down the booze, have something to eat and a lot of water, and hit the sack.
