day 3 since I relapsed!
I feel a lot better than I did 2 days ago. I still feel a little guilty for relapsing, but I'm not beating myself up. I'm accepting that I made a mistake and can get over and through this. I won't let my addiction win again! I was sober for 13 months before this relapse and I can do it again!
I do feel a little desire for it though. My will is stronger than that ounce of desire.

I'm living this experience now. Day 2 for me.
I had 54 days...and thought i would try drinking again.
Result = Disaster.
But like you i am NOT beating myself. And I AM TRYING again.
We did it be before. We can do it again.

No need to beat yourself up about it. Learn from your mistake.
When I feel like drinking, I remember the day after; the guilt, anxiety and remorse. It is so not worth it for a drunk.
Try it next time you feel like drinking. Think of the day after and how you feel now. It's been working for me for three and a half years, you can do it, too.
