How do you feel physically and mentally?
Well on both fronts. I've had some minor physical setbacks that have impeded greater well-being, but not drinking has brought much more clarity.

What I've gained from staying sober is a clearer perspective on what's important. For example, some of the most significant career achievements I may ever experience I've earned this past year. It was interesting approaching those instances without the standard "let's get hammered"'response. I learned instead that it is possible to enjoy accomplishments for what they are rather than with a buzz.

I certainly still think about drinking, but I can quell any cravings by reminding myself what will happen if I decide to drink again.

Thanks again all
