withdrawals
Been going through withdrawal again, day 2 drank slow yesterday. Slept mabey 2 hrs. I have been through this many times before but its never been as bad as the last couple times. After last time I was sober 3 weeks. Thought I was going to die and feel that way again. If I don't quite it will kill me some day soon. I want to live
Get to your doctor. I had to. I went through the same thing. I could cold turkey for two or three weeks and the anxiety and depression got so bad I was useless. Pick up a bottle and Otay Panky!
My doctor put me on mild ant-depressants and it's made all the difference. I'm approaching five weeks now and happily withdrawal free.
To the doctor!

The more u drink, the worse the withdrawals will be, u need to see ur doctor in helping u. If u can I would try to cut down and withdrawals slowly. Not meaning to give u an out to drink, but unless u gain some support that things will may cause u probs and u begin again. I know how it is, me im cutting down as I don't have medication to help just now, but im doing it.
Good luck and get to the doctor xxx

Best to see a DR, get help from professionals, people around you will not understand what you're going through.
It gets potentially worse everytime you cycle through binging and quitting ( especially as we get older ) ... it's called Alcohol Kindling.

Not being able to sleep, or sleeping only 2 hours is a sign your body is going through something medically problematic. You need sleep whilst going through withdrawals to help recover psychological functions and to physically revitalise. Please, seek medical attention - it is so worth it when the withdrawals are over and you can free yourself from this hideous addiction.
