Hi to all! Took my last drink 11 days ago. I pray it is the last. Thought it would help to to connect with others dealing with the same issues. It helps knowing I am not alone!

I agree - it's so good to know we're not alone. Everyone here understands. My friends & family either didn't realize I had a problem - or suggested I cut down. As if.
